Industrial Production, Productivity and Humanification, Passage of productivity to maximum potential, in Milan the World Business Forum was held: there was talk of Humanification

Humanification is the key word of the World Business Forum, organized by Wobi, which stopped in Milan on November 7th and 8th, 2017: people return to the center of the business, after years of pursuing maximum efficiency.

The business is and has always dealt with people: employees, collaborators, customers, shareholders. But rather than exploring the diversity and creative potential of people, much of the history of modern management has focused on ensuring order, structure, efficiency and regularity. Too often the managers’ attention has been badly addressed. On the structural organization and not on the strengthening of those who actually constitute such organizations. On the product and not on the consumer for whom the product is created. On technology and not on the problem that technology should solve.

The Wobi, in the Italian stage, wants to focus on this: humanizing technology by exploiting the passage of productivity to the maximum potential, from automation to art and from individualism to collaboration.

The progress of technology has revolutionized the way we manage, improving data, metrics and automation that have driven major productivity improvements. Humanification is linked to productivity.

Among the guests: Nicholas Negroponte, cofounder of MIT Media Lab, Chris Anderson (ex Wired), Randi Zuckerberg, sister of Mark and former marketing director of Facebook.
