The proceedings of the Consob conference – ACF – Università Bocconi of 11 July 2017 have been published
The volume collects the contributions presented at the conference organized by Consob, Arbitrator for Financial Disputes (ACF) and Luigi Bocconi University “Protection of investors and customers of intermediaries and ADRs” held in Milan at the Bocconi University on 11 July 2017 .
The conference program, which examined the issues of arbitration in the field of financial markets, saw the opening of the works of Simone ALVARO (head of the Legal Studies Office, Consob Studies Division), the introduction of Marco VENTORUZZO (Bocconi University) , the relationships of Maria Chiara MALAGUTI (Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Rome), Domenico SICLARI (La Sapienza University), Gianpaolo Eduardo BARBUZZI (President of Arbitration for Financial Disputes), Magda BIANCO (Bank of Italy) and Ferruccio AULETTA (President Arbitration Chamber National Authority and Anti-Corruption).
A Round Table followed, moderated by Luigi Arturo BIANCHI (Bocconi University), with the participation of Giuseppe GUIZZI (Arbitration Board for Financial Disputes), Marilena Rispoli Farina (Arbitration Board for Financial Disputes), Andrea BERNAVA (Studio Chiomenti).
The conclusions were entrusted to Luigi Arturo BIANCHI (Bocconi University).
