Financial, Esma renews bans on binary options since 2 January 2019

On November 7th, the Board of Supervisors of ESMA, the European Securities and Markets Authority, renewed for a further quarter, from 2 January 2019, the bans on the marketing, distribution or sale of binary options to retail investors.
The measures, in force since 2 July 2018, had already been the subject of an extension on 2 October last.
