Launch of EXTRAMOT PRO³ the new bond segment of Borsa Italiana dedicated to SMEs

ExtraMOT PRO3 was presented on the Italian Stock Exchange, the bond segment for the growth of small and medium-sized companies and companies not listed on regulated markets and / or with an issue value of less than 50 million Euro, dedicated to the listing of bonds or securities of debt.

ExtraMOT PRO3 represents a natural evolution of the already existing ExtraMOT PRO professional segment of Borsa Italiana and has the aim of increasing the visibility of the companies, accompanying them on a path of development and approach to the capital market.

Since 2012, the year in which the incentive policies for the use of alternative finance by SMEs were launched, ExtraMOT (which includes ExtraMOT PRO and ExtraMOT PRO3) has established itself as a reference market for the listing of debt instruments with a nominal value of less than 50 million euros issued by companies in their first experiences on the capital markets but with high growth prospects, with around 300 instruments listed between bonds and financial bills.

To date ExtraMOT PRO3 has 157 instruments listed by 114 issuers, belonging to 10 different sectors and coming from 15 Italian regions, with a total collection of over 5 billion euros.
