President of the ANICA Producers Union: focus on quality to fill salt<\/p>\n
“The last edition of Cin\u00e9 (Riccione 5-8 July), an event promoted by ANICA in collaboration with ANEC, in which the different realities of the film industry meet, was an opportunity to reiterate once again the importance of the product for the enhancement of the entire supply chain.<\/p>\n
The return of Italian masters, genre films and the arrival of major international productions is already producing positive effects; theaters are filling up again and closing the gap compared to 2019, the last pre-pandemic year.<\/p>\n
Compared to June 2019, in fact, we are only at a minus 19%, a figure that cannot satisfy us, of course, but which demonstrates a rapid recovery of the films in theaters.<\/p>\n
We must support this trend by continuing to focus on the quality and quantity of Italian and non-Italian products, on the importance of promotion to strengthen the relationship with the public and work together, from the beginning to the end of the supply chain, for the relaunch of films in theaters “.<\/p>\n
This was stated by the President of the ANICA Producers Union on the occasion of the closing day of the summer networking and professional updating event for the film industry.<\/p>\n
