Humanification is the key word of the World Business Forum, organized by Wobi, which stopped in Milan on November 7th and 8th, 2017: people return to the center of the business, after years of pursuing maximum efficiency.<\/p>\n

But rather than exploring the diversity and creative potential of people, much of the history of modern management has focused on ensuring order, structure, efficiency and regularity.
